One form on this site collects personal data, and this page is about what happens to it. It says what you hand over, what the site records on its own, where your enquiry ends up — a company group chat in China — and what you can ask us to do about it.

Who we are
This site is published by Guangzhou Jialaile New Materials Co., Ltd. (广州嘉莱乐新材料有限公司, unified social credit code 91440101MA9XU03KXP), No. 22 Chengtang Street, Aotou Town, Conghua District, Guangzhou, China. We decide what happens to anything you send through it. There is no privacy department and no data protection officer — the email address and phone number on the contact page reach the people who decide. We have appointed no representative in the EU or the UK either. This site sells plant setup in Africa, South and Southeast Asia and the Middle East, and nobody speaks for us in Europe.
What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form. Four fields are required: your name, an email we can reply to, your country and your message. Company, phone, the product that interests you and your target output are optional — they help us quote, and leaving them blank costs you nothing but a slower first answer. Three things are attached on arrival: the time, which page of this site the form was sent from, and a two-letter country code our host works out from your connection — that code sits beside the country you typed in the message our team reads, so we can see when the two differ.
Before you type anything
When you land on the site root, the languages your browser asks for and the country our host works out from your connection are used once, to send you to one of the seven language versions. If you change language yourself, one cookie remembers the code for a year; that is the only cookie this site's own code sets, and it holds nothing else. Nothing else here watches you: no analytics, no tag manager, no pixels, no embedded players, and the fonts and videos are served from this site rather than fetched from someone else's. That is why nothing asked you to accept anything when you arrived.
Why we have it
You sent an enquiry so that we would answer it, and answering it is the reason we hold what you sent. Chinese law governs what we do with it, and it counts filling the form in and pressing send as your consent; write to us and that consent is withdrawn. EU and UK law lets us hold it on a legitimate interest instead, and ours is answering you and nothing else; write to us and we stop. No mailing list, no profiling, no advertising audience. We do not sell your details, we do not rent them, and we do not pass your enquiry to anyone outside this company.
Where your enquiry goes
Cloudflare hosts this site, so every request reaches it first: your IP address is in its logs, it is never attached to your enquiry, and it never reaches the people who read that enquiry — the two-letter country code travels instead. Your browser reaches this site over an encrypted connection and your enquiry travels on the same way, into a company group chat on WeCom, which is Tencent's, where everyone in the chat can read it. So treat the message box as a message to a room, not a private letter. If you have something confidential — a tender, a drawing, a client's name — say that you have it and we will find a better way to receive it.
If that fails, and the other ways to reach us
We reply to you by email ourselves. What we do not do is route your enquiry through an email service on the way in: none is connected today, and if we connect one this page changes with it. If the delivery to that chat fails, the site opens your own email program with the enquiry already written out and addressed to the address on the contact page, which is a Gmail account — nothing leaves your computer unless you press send, and if you do, it travels through Google. The other routes we publish carry their own middleman too: WhatsApp messages pass through Meta, and mail to that address passes through Google.
It reaches China
That group chat is in China, and so are we. If you are in the EU or the UK, your law expects a specific legal arrangement to be in place before personal data travels this way; this page does not claim one, and we would rather say so than let you assume otherwise. Ask us before you send the form if you need to know where we stand on it. Every other route — WhatsApp, email, a phone call — reaches the same country. Our answer travels back out of China. Email leaves through Google, WhatsApp through Meta. Your enquiry itself goes no further: no agent, no distributor, nobody outside this company.
How long it stays
We run no database of our own. What exists is the message in that group chat, the whole enquiry written into our host's log whenever delivery fails or no channel is configured, and — once someone answers you — the conversation in the mailbox they replied from. After a day, nothing recalls that chat message for anyone: each person in the chat deletes their own copy by hand, and the copy on their phone or computer lasts as long as they keep that device; anyone who leaves the company is required to delete theirs when they go. Tencent puts a ninety-day ceiling on the copy in its own cloud, and our WeCom account also keeps an archived copy of the chat for seven days. The devices have no ceiling, and that is why we print no deletion date. Ask us to delete what you sent and we stop using it, ask everyone in that chat to delete their copy, delete the conversation in the mailbox we answered from, and tell you plainly what was left.
Your rights
Write to the address on the contact page to ask what we hold, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted, and we will answer within thirty days. You can also tell us to stop using what you sent while a dispute about it is sorted out, tell us to stop using it altogether, or ask for a copy in a form you can hand to someone else. If our answer does not satisfy you, complain to the data protection authority where you live; that right is yours whatever this page says. Tell us first if you can — we can usually delete or correct something the same week, which is faster than any regulator can make us.
When this page changes
The date at the top is the day this wording last changed. When what happens to your enquiry changes — a new delivery channel, a different tool, a different country — this text changes with it, and since we hold no mailing list, that date is the only notice we can give you.
