Terms of use

This site is published by Guangzhou Jialaile New Materials Co., Ltd. (广州嘉莱乐新材料有限公司, unified social credit code 91440101MA9XU03KXP) — the we and us of these terms. Our offices are at No. 22 Chengtang Street, Aotou Town, Conghua District, Guangzhou, China, and the site is written and run from there. It is written mainly for businesses — some buy finished product from us, others build a plant of their own — and we also sell finished product to individual buyers. Nothing on it can be bought online.

Information about our services. Nothing here is an offer, a quotation or a contract, and nothing on it commits either of us to anything. Timeframes we publish, such as a first proposal within 48 hours, are what we work to, not a promise you can hold us to.

Capacities, specifications, investment bands, payback periods and performance figures are indicative and given for planning. Actual figures depend on your site, your raw materials and your market, and are set out in the contract, not here.

The projects we name are in China, and our products were used on them. Naming them does not mean we designed, contracted for or carried out the works, or that any of them is work we delivered for a partner. They are not a warranty of any outcome, for our products or for your own plant and what it makes.

Where a formulation is described as meeting a standard, it means it is designed and internally tested to that standard. The certificates and patents we list — the ISO management systems, the French A+ emission rating, the granted invention patents — are held for our own products, made in our own plants, and they do not transfer to product you make. Certification of your output is issued by an accredited third party against product made on your line, with your materials.

The factory tour film is ours. Several of the production, laboratory, materials and logistics photographs are licensed stock images, used to show the kind of work described rather than to document a particular building of ours. Read the process from them, not a specific plant, line or piece of equipment.

The enquiry form opens a conversation. It is not an order, and our answer to it is not acceptance of one; a supply agreement exists once both sides sign, not before. The NDA comes with that agreement, not with the form — so send us your country, your target output and the products you want to make, and keep your own formulation until there is one.

Your enquiry currently reaches our team through a group chat on WeCom, which is run by Tencent in China, so what you send is read and stored in China, and it stays in that chat's history. A copy can also sit in the request logs of Cloudflare, which serves this site. If that delivery fails, your browser offers to send the same enquiry from your own email account instead. The text, drawings and layout of this site belong to us, and the JIALAILE name and emblem are our trademarks. Quote from it with attribution; do not republish it wholesale or present it as your own.

We write this site in English and translate from there, so where a translated sentence and the English one differ, the English is what we meant. We open in the language your browser and your location suggest, you can change it from the header on any page, and we remember that choice on your device for a year. Tell us if a translated page reads wrong and we will correct it.

We keep this site accurate but do not warrant that it is free of error, or that it is reachable at any given moment. Our Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and WhatsApp links lead to services we do not run and cannot answer for. We are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of the site alone. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Chinese law governs this website and these terms, and a dispute about them would be heard by the courts with jurisdiction over Guangzhou, where the company is based — for this website, not for a contract you sign, which names its own law and its own forum. If the law where you are gives you the right to bring a claim at home, this section does not take it away. If you buy from us as a consumer, nothing in these terms reduces the rights the law where you live gives you.

The site changes as the work does, and these terms change with it. The date at the top shows when we last revised these pages.
